Steve Rogers remains a Hornets legend, but not a current Alabama State guard
The available reliable records identify Steve Rogers as Alabama State’s former star scorer and now a coach, not a current 2026 player: he was a two-time SWAC Player of the Year, an All-American, and finished with 2,447 points at ASU, still among the program’s all-time leaders. If you meant the modern guard with the same name, the public sources here are not enough to verify current-season performance, rankings, or fit, so I’d want a different name before calling the scouting report.
