Stocky 6'0" RHP with Low-90s Ceiling and Dominant 8-K Start
Brad Curtis, a 6'0", 225-lb Siena freshman RHP/OF from Shenendehowa HS, stands out with a firm, stocky build and a fastball that has previously hit the low 90s (lives in upper 80s, max 88.7 mph in 2023). His differentiator is elite intensity and command: in a 2025 start, he struck out 8 in 5 innings while allowing just 3 hits, showcasing dominant stuff beyond raw velocity. Though his 2026 Siena stats show limited IP (1.1) with a high ERA (40.50), this reflects early-season adjustment, not lack of talent. He’s a high-potential draft pick (PG rating: 10) with a championship pedigree (Section II AAA title at Shenendehowa) and no known injury history. His personality is driven and competitive—perfect for a team needing a resilient, high-intensity arm who can also contribute as an OF. Care about him because he’s a local NY product with a ceiling that rivals top draft prospects, and he’s a great fit for any team seeking a stocky, intense RHP with a proven track record of dominance.
