Alex Irizarry brings pop, contact, and veteran table-setting for Quinnipiac
Alex Irizarry is a senior INF for Quinnipiac who has shown real middle-of-the-order value and a polished offensive profile, including a strong 2025 season (.330 average, 15 HR, 50 RBI) and continued production in 2026 with power flashes and run-producing ability. He stands out for his left-handed bat, steady on-base skills, and versatility in the infield, though his 2026 line has been more modest than his breakout 2025 pace. If a team wants an experienced, competitive infielder who can hit for impact and still grind out at-bats, he’s absolutely worth a closer look.
