Jalen Ray’s Hofstra résumé: efficient veteran guard, clutch shot-maker, and a proven backcourt steady hand
In the 2024-25 season, Jalen Ray posted 15.9 points, 3.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.0 steals, and 38.7% shooting from the field, showing he can score, create, and defend without needing the ball every trip. Hofstra lists him at 6-foot-2, and his long college track record includes 1,736 career points and 221 made threes, which screams “trust this guy in late-game possessions.”[1][8][10] His calling card is veteran composure and perimeter production, making him a strong fit for a team that wants a dependable, experienced guard rather than a high-usage flash show.[1][8][10]
