Will Jesske brings sneaky pop and clutch-bat energy to Nebraska’s outfield mix
Will Jesske has emerged as a useful left-handed bat for Nebraska, hitting .288 in the 2023 season with 3 home runs, 15 RBI, and a .791 OPS, and he carried that momentum into 2026 with a fast start and multiple big-time extra-base hits, including a game-changing homer against No. 7 Auburn. He stands out for line-drive contact, improving power, and a knack for showing up in high-leverage moments; the fit is appealing if a team wants an intense, versatile competitor who can punish mistakes and keep the dugout buzzing.
