Kate Ryan brings proven clutch pitching and shutdown upside to Coastal Carolina
In her first two seasons at Coastal Carolina, Kate Ryan has already shown she can deliver in big moments, highlighted by a combined no-hitter in her collegiate debut and multiple saves in pressure games. In the 2025 season, she worked 9.0 innings across six appearances, earning one win and three strikeouts, while her 2024 freshman year featured a 4.04 ERA over 26.0 innings with four straight scoreless outings at one point. Her value is in poise, versatility out of the bullpen, and a track record of being hardest to crack when the game tightens.
