the proven two-way scoring wing who brought bucket-getter juice to MTSU
In the 2017-18 season, Nick King was a high-volume, highly efficient focal point for Middle Tennessee, averaging 21.2 points and 8.4 rebounds while winning Conference USA Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year honors. He brings pro-ready size at 6-foot-7, a polished scoring package, and the kind of assertive, physical edge that makes defenses pay. The knock is simple: he’s best known for production, not mystery—when he’s locked in, he can carry an offense, but he’s a finished product rather than a long-term project.
