Kalleigh Nerone brings steady guard play and real shot-making touch to Bloomsburg
Nerone is a 5-foot-6 sophomore guard from Pittsburgh who arrived at Bloomsburg with strong high-school credentials and immediately showed she can score efficiently in the 2024-25 season. In a January 2025 win, she led the Huskies with 12 points on 6-of-8 shooting while adding 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals, a nice snapshot of a guard who can do a bit of everything. She looks like a high-energy, team-first fit: quick enough to pressure, calm enough to facilitate, and productive without needing the offense to be built entirely around her.
