Luc Lavigueur brings size, strikeout ability, and rotation versatility to Rhode Island
In the 2026 season, Luc Lavigueur has been a work-in-progress arm for Rhode Island, posting a 6.57 ERA with 18 strikeouts in 24.2 innings across 10 appearances and four starts, but his profile still carries upside thanks to a starter’s frame at 6-foot-3, 205 pounds and a history of handling both relief and rotation roles. He’s a right-hander with real experience and some strike-throwing pedigree, which makes him more interesting than the ERA alone suggests. If your team wants a developmental pitcher who may still be unlocking his best stuff, he’s worth a look.[3][1]
