Speedy UC Davis outfielder with real late-inning value
Ethan Kang is a compact left-handed outfielder for UC Davis who brings sneaky utility: in the 2025 season, he appeared in 23 games, often as a defensive replacement, while adding two stolen bases, three walks, two sacrifice hits, and nine putouts. His game is built on speed, versatility, and situational value more than loud power, which makes him the kind of low-usage, high-function piece coaches trust when details matter. UC Davis listed him as a redshirt junior in 2026, so he looks like a polished role player who can help a team with defense, baserunning, and baseball IQ.
