Purdue's Compact RB Depth Piece with Untapped Potential
At 5-8, 180 lbs, senior RB Addai Lewellen offers Purdue Boilermakers a shifty, explosive change-of-pace back—flashing 7 rushing yards on his lone 2022 carry vs. LSU and 1 attempt in 2023 vs. Ohio State—but sat out the entire 2024 season, building intrigue for a 2025 breakout. His undersized frame belies high school highlight-reel agility and vision, earning a modest 61 OVR in EA Sports College Football 26. Ideal for teams needing a third-down specialist or special teams spark; low-volume stats hide his gritty, high-motor upside.
