Frank Orrei brings first-year size and upside to Quinnipiac’s first base mix
In the 2026 season, Frank Orrei is a 6-foot-2, 205-pound first baseman from Verona, N.J., and his profile screams projectable left-side power with a sturdy frame built for the position[1]. As a first-year at Quinnipiac, he is still early in his college development, so the biggest reason to care is upside: if his bat catches up to the physical tools, he can become a real run-producer at 1B. The fit? Good for a team betting on growth, patience, and raw power rather than an already-finished product[1].
