Mari Adams is Davidson’s home-run RB and a preseason All-America pick
Mari Adams enters 2025 as one of the FCS’s most efficient and productive backs, after a 2024 season with 1,231 rushing yards, 15 touchdowns, and 6.6 yards per carry, plus preseason third-team All-America recognition.[4][8] His calling card is explosive playmaking—he already owns multiple 100-yard games, a 207-yard breakout, and 31 career rushing TDs—while Davidson notes he leads the program’s all-time rushers in yards per carry. He looks like a fit for teams wanting a tough, high-upside runner who can flip games with big bursts.[4][2]
