Myah Hazelton brings size, ACC polish, and a system fit to Rice
In the 2025-26 season, Myah Hazelton appeared in all 35 games for Rice, averaging 2.0 points and 1.3 rebounds in 8.1 minutes per game, with a season-high nine points and a pair of blocks in a win over Temple. The 6-4 center gives Rice frontcourt length, defensive deterrence, and enough ACC seasoning to slide into Lindsay Edmonds’ up-tempo, four-out-one-in system without a long adjustment period. She’s not a volume scorer, but she looks like the kind of glue-big who can quietly help a team win possessions and survive the physical stuff.
