Long, athletic USC receiver still trying to earn real snaps
Simms is a 6-foot-3, 205-pound freshman receiver whose game is built on length, explosiveness, and vertical upside; USC listed him after an injury-slowed 2025 debut season in which he logged just 1 catch for 6 yards, so the production is still tiny, but the traits are obvious. His high school résumé was more than a flyer—he caught 79 passes for 1,049 yards and 13 TDs in 2023 and flashed two-way playmaking. If you want a developmental WR with size, speed, and room to grow, he’s intriguing; if you need an immediate high-volume answer, he is not there yet.
