Bonnie Deas is Arkansas’s do-everything freshman guard
In the 2025-26 season, Bonnie Deas emerged as a rare freshman guard who rebounded like a forward, averaging 10.2 points and 9.0 rebounds in 32 starts while posting 2.6 assists per game for Arkansas. She showed real two-way bite early, earning SEC Freshman of the Week after a 25-point debut and later setting an Arkansas freshmen record with 16 rebounds in a game. Why care? She brings toughness, versatility, and a high motor that travels well — the kind of guard who can tilt a game without needing a perfect shooting night.
