Contorno gives North Alabama real roster flexibility: he has handled kickoff duties, field goals, extra points, and punting, and in the 2022 season he was especially efficient, hitting 6-of-7 field goals, 38-of-38 PATs, and averaging 59.9 yards on kickoffs with 21 touchbacks.[1][2] His calling card is consistency in hidden-yardage situations, plus he’s a high-character, high-academic player who earned FCS ADA Academic All-Star honors with a 4.0 GPA and two degrees.[9]
