Addison Shifflett is making an immediate impact for Grand Canyon
In 2026, Addison Shifflett earned Mountain West Freshman of the Week honors after making her first collegiate starts and hitting .467 with a team-high seven hits over a 5-0 week; she also delivered her first college home run, a three-run go-ahead blast. The early read: she brings instant offensive value, clutch-game energy, and the kind of bat speed that can change a game quickly, making her a strong fit for teams that want an aggressive, ascending outfielder with upside.
