In the 2025 season, Thomas Gerke played in all 12 games for Bucknell and logged 7 tackles, plus a quarterback pressure, as a freshman defensive lineman. At 6-foot-2 and 285 pounds, he profiles as a sturdy interior presence with a strong high-school résumé—16 sacks, 62 tackles for loss, and team-captain leadership at Archbishop Moeller. His fit is built on physicality, durability, and a grinder mentality more than flash, which makes him a useful depth piece and a developmental DL who can grow into a bigger role.
