Iona’s veteran glue guy and defensive tone-setter
In the 2022-23 season, Berrick JeanLouis was a MAAC Co-Defensive Player of the Year who guarded top scorers, chipped in 7.9 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game, and helped fuel Iona’s elite team defense and turnover margin. His calling card is the two-way edge: physical, ultra-athletic, disruptive, and trusted in big minutes. If a team wants a veteran wing/guard who brings toughness, switchability, and winning habits more than empty-box-score flash, he’s your guy.
