Victoria Rey brings steady outfield defense and modest bat-to-ball value for Weber State
In the 2026 season, Victoria Rey played in 41 games and started 39 for Weber State, hitting .200 with 21 hits in 105 at-bats, while earlier career data shows a stronger 2024 line of .235 with 20 hits and 17 runs, plus a career-high 94 outfield putouts this spring, which points to real defensive reliability in the grass.[3][2][1] The fit question is simple: if you want a low-drama, high-commitment outfielder who can cover ground and take reps in a starting role, she looks like a solid roster fit; if you need a middle-of-the-order bat, her profile is more glove-first than loud offensively.[3][1]
