Power arm with swing-and-miss juice, but 2026 command wobbles raised the floor question
In the 2026 season, the 6-foot-4 Georgia right-hander flashed an exciting bat-missing profile, but his results were uneven: he posted a 7.85 ERA across 17 appearances (including two starts), with 12 walks and 18 strikeouts in 18.1 innings before entering the transfer portal. His best trait is obvious upside—he showed he can be effective when his delivery syncs up, and he delivered a strong four-inning scoreless outing against Troy that showcased better control and poise. If your staff can sharpen his strike throwing, he’s a live-arm bet with bounce-back potential.
