Mustafa Lawrence brings steady guard play and veteran shooting to Norfolk State
Lawrence is a compact, experienced **6-0 guard** whose best value is as a reliable connector: he has shown the ability to create for others, hit threes, and compete with a balanced stat line rather than empty scoring bursts. In his Fresno State season, he averaged **6.4 points and 2.9 assists** while ranking third on the team in assists, and Norfolk State listed him as a transfer with one year of eligibility remaining. He fits best as a smart, pressure-ready guard who can organize an offense, stretch the floor, and provide mature minutes in a winning role.[3][4]
