Alexa Hocevar brings size, defense and playmaking to Toledo’s guard rotation
Hocevar is a 6-foot-1 guard whose best value is versatility: at IU Indy in 2024-25, she averaged 8.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.5 steals while starting 17 of 30 games, and she showed a real scoring pop with a 19-point, 4-of-5 from three performance against Oakland.[3][12] At Toledo in 2025-26, her role has been smaller so far, but her length, rebounding from the backcourt and disruptive defense still make her a useful fit for a team that wants a competitive, high-motor perimeter piece who can impact the game even when the shot isn’t falling.[7][13]
