Aaron Augustin brings **disruptive defense** and steady point-guard play to SFA
Augustin profiles as a low-usage, defense-first guard who can change possession with **1.5 steals per game** and also handle the offense with **3.3 assists per game** in his SFA roster profile. ESPN lists him at **2.8 points, 1.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 36.5% shooting**, which points to a role player whose value is more about ball security, pressure defense, and toughness than scoring volume. For a team needing an active, scrappy guard who competes every possession and can run the floor, he’s a sensible fit.
