Virginia Tech DL James Jennette brings a steady, disruptive edge presence
Jennette is a senior Virginia Tech defensive lineman whose value shows up in disruptive, assignment-solid play rather than flashy volume: he has logged 21 career tackles with 2 sacks across 2023-2025, including an uptick to 9 tackles and 1.0 TFL in 2025. He stands out for burst and edge quickness more than power, with EA Sports grading his acceleration and finesse-move traits highly, suggesting a player who can stress tackles and help on passing downs. If your team wants a lean, experienced edge defender who plays with effort and can grow into a rotational pressure piece, he fits the mold.
