Ty Mims brings versatile, reliable slot production to Texas State
Ty Mims is a compact, multi-use receiver whose value goes beyond box-score receiving totals: in the 2024 season at Southern Miss, he led the team with 33 catches for 383 yards, added rushing and return production, and finished with 493 all-purpose yards[4][8]. His profile suggests a player who can move the chains, handle gadget touches, and contribute on special teams, which makes him a fit for teams needing versatility rather than pure size or explosiveness[5][8].
