Xavier Bryant brings steady playmaking and veteran poise to Sam Houston

In the 2024-25 season, Xavier Bryant has given Sam Houston a dependable backcourt presence, with ESPN listing him at 4.1 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game on 44.5% shooting. His value goes beyond the box score: earlier in his career he proved he could handle the ball, create for others, and defend with activity, while at Greenhill he was a record-setting distributor and steals creator. He looks like a fit for a team that wants a mature, low-drama guard who makes the right read and raises the floor.
