Versatile Gators veteran with a grinder’s edge and sneaky pop
In the 2026 season, Ashton Wilson is a senior for Florida who brings real lineup flexibility at OF/INF, a history of clutch postseason moments, and a reputation as a team leader off the field. He has appeared in 75 games with 50 starts across 2024-26, owns a .374 career on-base percentage as a Gator, and has added five homers, 13 doubles, 43 runs, 37 RBI, and 15 steals. He’s the kind of player coaches like: versatile, competitive, and dependable, with enough on-base skill and speed to fit a winning roster.
