UNCW’s Devontae Cacok: Nation’s Top Rebounder with 10 Straight Double-Doubles and Elite Intensity
Devontae Cacok, the 2017–18 national rebounding leader for UNCW, stands out with 10 consecutive double-doubles, 26 rebounds in a single game, and 21 school records. His differentiators include relentless intensity, a 97-start legacy, and being one of only three UNCW players with 1,500 points and 1,000 rebounds. Though he has no major injury history, his physicality and defensive presence (4 blocks in one game) make him a high-fit power forward for teams needing a dominant interior force. His personality—driven, consistent, and battle-tested—adds value beyond stats, making him a must-watch for any roster seeking a reliable, high-energy big man.
