Hannah Church is NC State’s power bat and a proven run producer
Church’s 2026 season showed why she matters: she appeared in 48 games, hit .280 with 35 hits, 23 RBIs, 18 runs and 15 walks, and split time between designated player and catcher, giving NC State lineup flexibility.[3] Her defining trait is impact power—she led the Wolfpack in conference play in slugging percentage, drove in 25 runs with nine homers in ACC games in 2025, and has already shown she can punish mistakes at a high level.[5] She looks like a strong fit for teams needing a right-handed bat with middle-of-the-order thump and enough positional value to stay in the lineup.[1][3][5]
