Cosmo Fusco brings Penn a big-bodied, captain-caliber DL with a winning pedigree
Fusco enters Penn as a 6-foot-4, 270-pound defensive lineman whose calling card is disruption, toughness, and a proven winning resume: he was a team captain and helped Mountain Lakes win a 2023 NJ Group 1 state title after a 2022 North Group 1 crown. Penn’s own roster and recruiting notes list him as a junior DL, while his recruiting profile highlights first-team All-State Group 1 honors and scholar-athlete status, suggesting a high-floor, high-character fit for an Ivy League program that values leverage, motor, and reliability over hype.
