Hudson Hochstedler is an energetic 6-foot-3 freshman guard finding his way at Saint John’s
In the 2025-26 season, Hudson Hochstedler has flashed useful depth-piece value for St. John’s (MN): he’s a 6'3" freshman guard with a sturdy frame, has produced scoring bursts off the bench, and has shown he can chip in rebounds and defense in short minutes. The most compelling sign is his versatility—he has games with efficient scoring and a 10-point, 6-rebound outing against St. Scholastica in the 2025-26 season—while the big-picture read is that he’s still early in his college adjustment, so his fit looks best for a team that wants a tough, team-first guard who can grow into a bigger role.
