Defensive pest, steady veteran presence for Northeastern
In the 2017-18 season, Devon Begley was a senior guard for Northeastern who brought value beyond the box score: 6.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 30 steals and 5 blocks in all 33 games, after leading the CAA in steals the previous season and earning All-Defensive honors[1][11]. He’s the kind of glue guy coaches love—tough, reliable, and disruptive on defense, with enough scoring touch to punish attention when needed[1][14]. If your team wants a high-IQ wing guard who competes every possession and sets the tone physically, Begley fits the bill[1][11].
