Elite floor-spacer and instant-offense guard for Iowa State
McGee’s calling card is **elite perimeter shooting** and quick-hit scoring: Iowa State lists him at **146 career 3-pointers**, a **43.7%** clip from deep, and the program specifically described him as “instant offense.” [7][2] In his Iowa State summer-league play, he averaged **27.1 points** and **7.0 rebounds** while shooting **51.7%** from the field, showing he can score efficiently when given volume. [3] For a team needing a confident, high-motor guard who stretches defenses and can heat up fast, he fits as a proven shooter rather than a ball-dominant creator. [7][2]
