Asa Cantwell adds steady guard depth for Houston Christian

Asa Cantwell is a complementary Houston Christian guard who has shown efficient, low-usage production in the 2025-26 season, averaging 5.7 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.1 assists while shooting 38.2% from the field.[1] What stands out most is his proven high-school résumé as a do-it-all winner—he averaged 20 points, eight rebounds and eight assists as a senior and earned MVP, all-district, all-region and all-state honors—suggesting a versatile, competitive player who can fill multiple roles rather than just hunt stats.[4]
