Ayden Osvald brings size and developmental upside to Merrimack’s offensive line
Osvald is a 6-foot-5, 285-pound sophomore offensive lineman at Merrimack with no recorded college stats yet, which is normal for an OL but means he’s more of a projection than a proven producer right now.[1] His main appeal is his frame and baseline power potential: he has the size to compete at the FCS level, and Merrimack’s roster lists him at the same 72 jersey number across 2025 and 2026, suggesting continuity in the program.[1] If you want a young lineman who can grow into a dependable pass protector and run-game mover, he is a reasonable fit—but he is still early in his college career and not yet a finished product.[1]
