Camden Karel brings size, touch, and upside to Bowling Green’s frontcourt
In his 2025-26 freshman season, Camden Karel flashed efficient inside production for Bowling Green, appearing in 20 games and finishing with 39 points and 25 rebounds while shooting 62.5% from the field in regular-season play. He’s a 6-foot-9 forward with a strong reputation as a paint scorer who can also stretch the floor, and his high-school résumé backed that up with Michigan top-forward recruiting buzz and all-state honors. For a team, he looks like a developmental fit: physical, versatile, and already showing he can give quality minutes without needing the ball a lot.[1][3][13]
