Norfolk State’s preseason All-MEAC anchor in the trenches
In the 2025 season, Ryan Nolan was a steady interior force for Norfolk State, appearing in 10 games and helping the Spartans post 4,344 total yards, 235 first downs, and a balanced 362.0 yards per game. He was named to the 2026 preseason All-MEAC first team and the Deacon Jones watch list, which fits a 6-foot-5, 325-pound lineman with real pedigree. His value is consistency, size, and pass-protection sturdiness—plus he’s shown he can help spring both the run and the pass. Good fit if you want an experienced, power-built trench guy who already has conference-level respect.
