Daniel Kinchen brings shot-making and veteran guard polish to SIUE
Daniel Kinchen’s profile is that of a guard who can stretch defenses and stay efficient at the line: in the 2018-19 season, SIUE listed him fifth on the team in scoring at 6.9 points per game and credited him with a team-best .902 free-throw percentage, while also noting he added bench scoring in key games.[6][2][4] His differentiator is reliable perimeter touch and composure rather than high-volume production, which makes him a useful fit for a team needing a calm, opportunistic guard who can punish mistakes and help stabilize second-unit offense.[5][3]
