Gerrod Henderson is a disruptive Tulane edge who turned Week 5 into a statement
In the 2024 season, Gerrod Henderson played in all 14 games for Tulane, posting 22 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 3 sacks, and a forced fumble, and he was named AAC Defensive Player of the Week after a breakout game against USF. He looks like a high-motor, power-first defender who can win with effort, leverage, and backfield disruption more than flash, and his steady role growth plus experience in a winning program make him a strong fit for a team wanting a dependable edge setter with real pressure upside.
