Iona RHP Kyle Hard brings size, arm-side projection, and a work-in-progress strikeout profile
Kyle Hard is a 6-foot-2, 185-pound junior right-handed pitcher for Iona whose profile is built more on projection and frame than finished results: in the 2024 season, he posted an 8.16 ERA over 28.2 innings with 39 hits allowed and 26 earned runs, while the current Iona roster lists him as a junior RHP.[3][7] A draft-style note describes him as long and athletic, with a balanced setup and a line-drive approach at the plate, and reports his fastball up to 80.6 mph, suggesting an arm that may still be developing rather than one already overpowering hitters.[2]
