Brandon Stinson brings a catcher’s pop and versatile run production for Prairie View A&M
In the 2026 season, Prairie View A&M freshman Brandon Stinson has shown real offensive value, batting .250 with a .701 OPS and adding extra-base pop, including a double, while also driving in runs and scoring in key spots. The 6-foot-2 catcher from Kenwood Academy was ranked No. 217 in Illinois’ senior class by Prep Baseball Illinois and has been noted for strong raw tools, including a 91.6 mph exit velocity and 76 mph catching velo. If you need a young backstop with upside, energy, and bat speed, Stinson is worth a look.
