Tess Taylor brings floor-general upside to Western New Mexico
In the 2025-26 season, Tess Taylor has seen limited action so far, logging 21 minutes in one game with 2 rebounds, 1 steal, and 3 turnovers, so the statistical sample is tiny[1]. Her best-known strength comes from her earlier high-school profile as a true distributor: she finished with 238 assists and ranked second in her district in that category, which points to a guard who can organize an offense and create for teammates[2]. If your team wants a steady, pass-first guard with playmaking instincts, she’s worth a look; if you need a proven scorer right now, the current production does not yet show that[1][2].
