Texas Southern’s junior QB is on the radar, but the stat sheet is still thin
Randy Hymes II enters 2026 as a junior quarterback at Texas Southern, and the main differentiator here is projection: he’s an active roster name with little public production data available yet, so the real story is upside rather than a proven stat résumé. The available player pages list him as an active QB from Hitchcock, Texas, but don’t show a reliable game log or season stats, which makes evaluation more about fit, development, and whether he can translate practice reps into live-game command. If your team wants a long-term arm to mold, he’s worth watching.
