Maishe Dailey brings veteran size, shooting touch, and gritty wing defense to Akron
Dailey is a seasoned 6-7 guard/wing with real value as a connector: in his 2020-21 season at Akron, he averaged 6.0 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 24.0 minutes per game while shooting 35.4% from the field and 30.1% from three, and his Iowa-to-Akron background shows he’s been tested against high-major competition. He’s not a volume scorer, but he can handle secondary creation, rebound from the perimeter, and bring a physical, steady veteran presence that coaches usually love when they want versatility and maturity over flash.
