Makol Mawien brings size, rebounding, and low-usage frontcourt steadiness
Makol Mawien is a 6'9" forward who, in his Kansas State seasons, gave the Wildcats reliable interior size, rebounding, and efficient complementary scoring rather than high-volume offense.[5] In 2019-20, he averaged 7.4 points and 5.4 rebounds in 21.3 minutes per game, with solid shot-blocking and disruptive length for a role big.[5] His value is less about flash and more about physicality, effort, and doing the dirty work—useful if your team wants a dependable, team-first frontcourt piece rather than a primary scoring option.[5][7]
