Will Gates Jr. brings veteran guard savvy and steady efficiency to Houston Christian
Will Gates Jr. is a seasoned Houston Christian guard who has provided dependable minutes, with ESPN listing him at 8.2 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game in his career season line, while his profile and family basketball background suggest a high-IQ, no-drama competitor who knows the college game cold. His calling card is experience: a compact 6'1" frame, guard versatility, and the kind of polish that usually helps a team settle possessions and stay organized. If you need a mature backcourt piece who should understand roles, he looks like a fit; if you need a high-usage shot-creator, that’s not the obvious selling point here.
