Sarah Post brings clutch depth and injury comeback value for St. John's
Sarah Post is a high-upside C/INF who already showed useful versatility and late-game poise in 2025, appearing in 18 games and delivering five hits, four RBIs, and the game-winning RBI on a pinch-hit sacrifice fly that helped St. John’s secure the BIG EAST regular-season title.[1] She missed 2024 because of injury, so the main appeal is not just her bat but her resilience, roster flexibility, and ability to contribute in pressure spots. If you need a bench piece who can handle multiple infield/catcher roles and stay ready for big moments, she fits.
