Boise State-bound Tamryn Shorter brings leadoff speed, power, and run production
Tamryn Shorter is a high-upside Boise State outfielder whose game is built to pressure defenses: she pairs leadoff skills with real pop, hitting .529 with 8 home runs and 40 runs scored in one recent season and continuing with a strong .407 clip, 9 homers, and 24 RBIs in 2025 high school play. She was also described by local coverage as an elite leadoff hitter, which fits a player who can get on base, change the game with speed, and create instant offense. Her profile suggests an impact bat and a good fit for a team needing top-of-order energy and athleticism.[3][4][5][6]
